Identifying up to 12 properties that meet transferee criteria and providing photos/description of each from which to make a viewing shortlist
Accompanied viewing of up to for 4 short listed properties
Tenancy application assistance & lease negotiation
Pre-move in cleaning service (additional fee applies based on requirements)
Connection of basic utilities
Assistance in obtaining ancillary services such as telephone, internet and cable TV
Attendance at lease signing
Assistance with completion of Ingoing Condition Report
